For online sales we are happy to accept returns on any items in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. We recommend recorded delivery for returning items to us as we cannot guarantee refunds on damaged or lost items. We do not cover the shipping cost of returned items. 

Custom orders are non-refundable. These items may qualify for exchange or store credit. Makers Seconds items are final

International orders are final sale, and we cannot accept returns. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred on international orders and cannot accept returns if you decide you do not want to pay these.

Items bought in person are non-returnable, but we will offer an exchange or credit note for 14 days after purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be in perfect condition, unused and be in resalable condition. Faulty items will be refunded or replaced on a case-by-case basis. Sale items bought in person are final.
